"It's not working"

As a first step to resolving a tech challenge, we recommend checking the web browser you are using. For example, you may be using Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox. Testive is optimized for Google Chrome, meaning our app works best with this browser. Most tech issues are caused by users accessing the Testive site via other web browsers. You can quickly download Google Chrome for free here

If issues persist, we also recommend users clear out their caches and cookies. This allows the browser to work more efficiently, because information from your previous Internet activity will be cleared.
