Scheduling, Rescheduling, or Canceling a Coaching Session

Testive students are responsible for scheduling weekly coaching sessions for themselves. Meetings can instantly be scheduled from within the Student Account.

To schedule, cancel, or reschedule any coaching meeting, a student must first log into their Testive account. The login link can be found in the Welcome email your family received after signing up for Testive.

Within the Testive Student Account, the call scheduler tool is on the right side of the "Practice" page. This is where a student can select a time to meet with their coach, reschedule a meeting, or cancel a meeting. The below video demonstrates how to schedule a call using our call scheduler. 

Sometimes things come up and a student can't make a scheduled call. That's perfectly fine! Watch the video below for instructions on rescheduling, or canceling a coaching session:
